Abstract

The author experimented about those mixed compound of methylene blue and gentian violet which is topical preparation as follow method;
1; Those mixed compound were determined by spectrophotometry after isolating each components by thin layer chromatography
2; Isolative determination by spectrophotometry was also known by measuring each maximum absorbance
